Course Outline

This is a practical-oriented software engineering course that involves the development of a complex software project, in all its comprising phases. Moreover, throughout this course we will learn about theoretical elements of software projects development. We plan to use tools to support the software development process.

On the sidebar you can navigate to the class schedule, the lecture notes, the details of the class project, and the exams procedures and dates. Information is updated as it becomes available. Exam Guidelines

The evaluation will be performed based on which of the following options you've chosen 
at the beginning of the course:

Option 1. Class project:
  • discussion about the class project (Classifieds)
  • oral exam based on the slides (general topics discussed during the lectures)

Option 2. Independent project
  • discussion about the independent project
  • oral exam based on the book by Sommerville (you have to study very well this book)
